Bad service at clicks canal walk

Clicks in Canal walk. I took the russelhobbs kettle because its not working when i got there the guy who is working in customer care desk took it to the kitchen the kettle worked then the guy told me thathe cant refund me or exchange because its working. I told him i will come back later to check the kettle cz at home it doesnt work when i got there again the kettle worked the guy didnt exchange the kettle for me. When i got home the kettle refused to work Poor customer service ever
