Buying morning after pills is a daunting experience so imagine when you get a cold and rude pharmacist. Clicks needs to take people like that to training so they learn how to treat customers and manner of approach. And when she calls to apologies you can hear from the tone of her voice that she still does not get it. Business needs to train their staff , take people to short training so they give better service
