Bad service at clicks

I booked an appointment to do my Vitality annual tests at clicks . I booked the appointment on Friday for today 9:00 and guess what I have been waiting at Clicks since 9:00 and the nurse is nowhere to be found. I was told at 09:03 that she should be here any minute but still she’s not here. I drove +_14km to come here for nothing. What a waste of my petrol
