Bad service at click key wesy

<p>am very upset with the way the pharmacy at key West clicks are working!! I took my business away from Dischem as Clicks looked like the better option, but this was my second time I was extremely disappointed in the way things are working at clicks. Last month I went to pick up my repeat scrip that I collect every month at the collection point. I also had to get my son's conserta scrip...but was then informed that I had to go and stand in yet another queue, as the queue I stood in for very very long at collections doesn't take any script..... Which is not indicated anywhere! It took me more than an hour to get 2 script from 2 different ques. Today I went to collect my repeat script again, went and stand in the pharmacy que this time around to prevent this from happening again, (even though I could have collected it at the collection point as it was already made up) and from my previous experience I thougt I will stand in the long queue to get both of these scrips at once! I got my repeat script and as I gave in my son's conserta script, again I was refers to another que, as that que was again only for OTC medication, not script! It is a huge waist of my time to go and stand in 2 different rows everytime I have to collect my scripts! What is the use of having a collection area if you then have to que AGAIN to collect your other script as well!?? I am really considering taking my business back to Dischem, where everything is done in one area! This is really a big problem for me, as the Concerta script must be handed in every month, and I cannot get it as a repeat script! I left the pharmacy without my son's Concerta as the second que I was referred to was so long and I have already been standing in the 1st queue for more than half an hour! I am very very upset! Please work out a better plan, this is not working at all!!!</p>
