Bad service and unapologetic about it

I'm so super annoyed have idea no where to start but well I got there balfour clicks the pharmacist about 3 of them chatting while I was waiting for assistance eventually Useless pharmacist Vusi calls the first he asked was who is the man member told the guy he starts looking for main member and could not find her name he silently creates a new profile I could see he wás taking longer than usual I asked what you doing he then said. I asked why what for we have a profile here said he can't find it.. I give him my details found the profile they were about to close he gave me the levy invoice to pay by the tills i went paid my levy going back to the pharmacy side they closed and left. Called the store manager she also confirmed they are closed wow and my meds. She started apologising for nothing she knows nothing about poor woman .. one of the packers found my meds and medical aid card on chair pharmacy waiting area Medical aid card has sensitive information on it. Clearly Vusi is not about servicing the clients . Where is the decency of bringing my meds to tills.. That to me it's appaulling disgusting service. I want this matter addressed Balfour clicks are the worst have no idea what customer service is. Mxm
