Bad service and no response

I had one of the worst service that I experienced at clicks pharmacy at musgrave Centre, where I was refused my medication due to a system glitch and negligence . I suffer from an anxiety disorder, now imagine the stress that was caused by this mistake. This is my second time writing on hellopeter but still no response from clicks.
