bad service and mixing chronic meds

i have been constantly receiving bad service at clicks at polokwane mall of the mall where not only they dont care about giving good service they also mixed up chronic medication which made it worse. i choose them to collect my chronic meds since last year and opted to receive SMS prior to collection they failed to SMS the entire 6 month even when i kept complaining. they called me this year and promise to change but they just became worse, mixed my medication also mixed the names on he medical which increased the co-payment. i cant wait to take the service somewhere where they care about our health
