Bad service and harassment by store manager

Went to clicks flora park center in Florida to exchange safe way blander that I bought on 24/12/2022 reason for exchange is that its not working ask one of the cashiers for assistance instead she told to come to their kitchen/lunch room as she want to test if it works and manager was called and was harassing me in front of my 13yr daughter telling me it's work try to explain my story not given a chance to explain as he kept talk and insulting me i told him I'm going to report him cause of his bad service he said he doesn't care and his not employed by me the can talk to me any how.was humiliated by the store manager named xoloni tshabalala so he said his name.my question is how can I drive and waist my petrol and time to exchange a blander that is work didn't if ask for refund all I wanted to exchange instead he told his cashier to refund me I refuse to get a refund back and the blander was not exchanged cause I didn't want money back.have a clip of the on my phone which I'm even think of sharing on social media so the can see the bad service and insults that I got from a store manager
