Bad service and faulty products

I bought a Kambrook food processor from Clicks in 2018 after my Magimix was ****** and only wanted to use it a week ago, but it does not even switch on! I tried to get a refund from them as it is brand new, has never been used and does not work, but was refused. This is the second product as previously another large appliance was still packed in box, sealed but had been used before and was sold as new. After complaining for weeks, they did refund my money.
