Bad service and communication

Kambrook oven and 2 plate, got the stove as a gift last year August when I had house warming and recently 1 plate is not working contacted clicks via email and phone call, lady I spoke to an a call told me that kambrok its not there brand only I must check with Hi-fi corporation, lewis and some other shops cause there also sell kambroo and I did check unfortunately there dont sell kambroo products and the only shop I'm left with its clicks or find who gifted me with and my problem is I dont have a record of who gifted me with the stove, I would like to get a working stove thats all im asking for.
