Bad service and club points

I have a clicks club card and my points keep disappearing I had points worth 160 I bought a sipping cup worth 60rand on the 15th of October. Today on the 25th I wrnt to clicks welkom checkers centre and when they swiped my card they said I no longer have points.

And the managers' did not even care to explain even when one of the tellers remembered me. The manager do not care about customers.

I'm disappointed and angry as it is not the first time my points disappearing. The thought of the amount of money I spend at clicks monthly then I get such treatment is painful.
