bad service and attitudes

I am at Protea glen gardens shop...i have been waiting for almost 30min waiting for someone to assist me with choosing the correct make up for my face...The lady that works in this Department have me an attitude without even greeting me..she left me hanging....and also there was a guy that was at the pharmaceutical waiting for assisting he almost collapsed as he had standing and no one cared/ managed to assist
