Bad Service and attitude

I visited the Clicks pharmacy clinic on the 2nd of November for my bi-monthly injection and I had an appalling service. The nursing sister was someone whom I had not seen before in the clinic. Perhaps she was a stand-in for the usual nurse. She was texting on her phone when I went in, she did not greet or introduce herself. She did not inform me that the BP machine was broken and let me decide whether I wanted to continue with the service or not. She wrote on my card with her eyes fixed to her cellphone screen and did not bother to get off her chair to inject me or look at the scale to verify my weight. She injected me whilst sitting in her chair and when she was done, I had to ask for a plaster as I was bleeding. If she had been paying attention she would have realized that I was bleeding. The nurses at the clinic are all the same, I have even thought of changing clinics as I am also unhappy with the usual nurse but I put up with her as the clinic is within easy reach for me.
