BAD SERVICE AND ABRUPT STAFF MEMBER

I have contact Clicks via facebook messenger requesting that the person who manages the pharmacies in the sea point area contact me. I have had nobody contacting me yet.All they keep on telling me is we will investigate. This is a delay tactic saying they apologise for the inconvenience caused and signed by "the social media team"!!!!. IS THE PEROSON WHO IS IN CHARGE TOO BUSY TO ATTEND TO ISSUED WHICH AFFECT THE RUNNING OF THE GLENGARIFF PHARMACY . When the RP is not there the assistants take the gap and queues are long. There is an elderly gentleman pharmacist who is very abrupt to the clients but NOTHING IS DONE!! What is happening to clicks?? I have left my cell no without success!!
