Bad service accompanied by attitude

Please train your pharmacist assistant how to use systems and some customer service before they come on the floor. I came to get medication over the counter and I spent 30 minutes wasted by Florah at your Sasolburg branch she kept telling me how my medical aid was bad where else I have been using it for years and have never had any problems but apparently cause she can’t use the system all of a Sunday my medical aid is bad. After she messes up I tell her she is wasting my time because she keeps doing one transaction at a time which is now time consuming I even ask her to ask for help and Eddie comes and assistant but now she wants to keep point the finger at me and my medical aid. I get fed now and now she tells the way I need to respect her job meanwhile she is not respecting my time and intelligence I can clearly tell she is clueless cause I have been to many Clicks and never had such bad service. I just then decided to get assistance from someone else I was then assisted by Eddie and in about 8 minutes we were done with what I needed and left the shop a little calmer from the good service and lack of attitude by Eddie.
