Bad Service

I ordered online on the 27th of May 2923.Reasin I order online I need formula for my child and they were the only ones that had the 8 packs I needed then added nappies since they were on promo.😑Monday my order didn't come, Tuesday still but showed as being shipped.Worse my child is out of formula okay I try to calm.I call on Wednesday I'm told the courier guy will deliver around 3pm okay,I call the customer service around 6pm the guy say he'll check and might get feedback between 48 to 72 hours.Boom an email parcel has been hijacked 😞I don't have extra cash to buy any of these things again. Either I get refunded or they just make a plan with order. I'm frustrated how do I cope😑
