Bad Service

To whom it may concern

On Wednesday the 21 of June 2023 i entered clicks looking for a hair care product that makes wigs shine.

I looked around and was not sure which brand was the best, i then decided to get assistant from clicks employee which was a lady at cosmetics, who shouted Tshepo's name (apparently) its his department haircare, he shouted back that he was on lunch, the lady asked me what product am looking i explained what i want then she went back to Tsepo who just answered that it a mousse,

I responded that's not what i want ended leaving the shop, Cosmetic lady asked Tsepo that can the customer leave the shop without your assistance he just answered that i can go it does not matter shoving his hand at me

Cause i heard that i went back to shop, asking what kind of service was this i asked for a manager who was standing right next to Tsepo and she then continued to answer me that she heard or witnessed nothing i asked for a customer number no one bothered to give me the number.

Now a question to clicks top management is this how me as a customer got the service that i derseved on the day where i was willing to spend my money the.
