Bad service

I went to clicks Protea Glen mall to collect my mom's script for 6months, I submitted it in July and when I got there they told me the script is expired and the new script i submitted was not there! Its my time that was wasted and now i have to get a new script again and re submit it, what makes me even mad is that they cannot produce the prescription I gave to them! The service was just nonsense!!!!!!!
