Bad service!!!!!

It is with great disappointment I'm sending this email. I have spent over a year trying to fix my clicks clubcard number to reflect on my virtual card and every time your IT Department changes it to my moms card number. Is there anyone competent I your IT Department that can actually fix this simple request? My moms club card number is linked to my profile - not sure how this is even possible. She is currently earning zero points on her card!!!!! For goodness sakes can someone please fix this once and for all. This is causing my tremendous stress !!! My reference number is ***.
