BAD service

I'm very disappointed, I ordered with clicks online adding to the door to door delivery. I have sent numerous emails, but only received automatic replies. Based on the track my order, it said arcel received by sources on the 14th November at 10:33. I then called them at 2, the guy indicated my order will be delivered today 16 Nov between 3 and 5pm. But still nothing. Now when trying to call again they say "sorry you called outside of office hours" Clicks I want answers
