I went to the pharmacy assisted by Busi Nkosi who had no name tag on I had to ask for her name.

I went with the medical aid to buy my daughter some medicine. Busi Nkosi with a great attitude ask for an ID I said who's ID? Then she said the medical aid main member which I don't have then she asked for the child birth certificate which I don't have with me. She said to me again with an attitude there are many ********** carrying medical aids I won't be able to assist you. Then I told her I have being buying from the same shop with the same medical even this year I never had a problem why now? She then again with her bad attitude this means you have been assisted by locals who are not following protocol.
