Bad service

I bought a hairdryer at clicks Pavilion but when I open it. It had a crack. I took it to clicks pinetown since it was convenient for me, but the manager by the name of Skhumbuzo told me to take it back where i bought it. I had the slip and it was still on the box since I bought it yesterday. I was not happy with his service. I believe he was suppose to exchange for me since i had everything need to exchange.
