Bad Service

Yesterday (26/10/2025) I bought a Wahl Clipper Haircut as it is on special for 799.00 and after opening and plugging it then it made noice and i tried to adjust it on the side and blades but that did not helphen i tried to cut my son's hair it did not cut .This morning i took it back for exchange as i was told if there was a problem i can bring it back within a year but this was not even 24hrs. I explained to the teller he could not understand because when he plugged the clipper it did not make noise anymore, i told him i wont it trust as i stay far from the mall so if i get home and it does the same i spent petrol to drive there then he called the Supervisor who also did not want to exchange but said he will open and see what is the fault then he can make a decision but for me that 'd not work as this is a new machine so if he opens it then it's no longer new instead he said he cannot exchange he 'd rather give back my money.This did not sit well with me i don't know if that's how we are treatedNow i have to drive to another mall possible in the Upmarket Surbubs as i know that i'd have got a proper service and the machine 'd have been replaced as it was not even 24hrs but for him to tell me he 'd open and check first then make a decision HAYI !
