Bad service

We always seem to have a problem at Montana and Sinoville Clicks pharmacies. When we give a script for a certain doctor we are told that the dr is not listed with my medical aid but when I go to any other pharmacy they are able to claim, clearly there is a issue with Clicks systems and they can't seem to fix the problem. I am forced to use Clicks as a pharmacy but am very dissatisfied with their poor service
