Bad Service
On Monday the 07/10/2019 I called Clicks Pharmacy and spoke to a lady Lizelle Van Baten I enquired if my medication is ready and can I come in and fetch it so she looked at the system and verified that it is ready for collection, so I went in on Tuesday at about 12h30 I was there standing in the queue. At last it was my turn now bare in mind I stood in the queue for 45mins then was attended by the same so called Lizelle, I gave her my Clicks card and said I am here to fetch the medication , so she looked in the drawer where all the medication is kept for pick up but unfortunately it was not ready, the insulin was not packed and ready so I waited for her to collect all the items on the script, whilst doing that she answers a call on a mobile telephone, now leaving me and my order she goes to the fridge to verify another customer order, how rude is this , no manners what so ever, so I asked her how can you attend to two customers at the same time, you have **** to me yesterday that my medication is ready now I am standing here in the queue for almost 45min and you still dont acknowledge your mistake you still just ignore me and attend to something else, she Lizelle tells me I always have a problem when I come there to fetch my medication and yes that is true because of her incompetancy I experience this problem I always have a problem when I go to fetch my medication inspite of me phoning and enquiring please can you have the meds ready for collection...the previous month they refused to give me as they said I need to renew my chronic script of which it was done and emailed to them , they did not even print the script and update the system, Lizelle is a very rude lady with an attitude problem. It just that my medical aid is contracted to Clicks pharmacy and I am forced to put up with the charade every month, I cannot understand you have to process claims and orders and have them ready for pick up why do you lie to a customer that it is ready and the reason I phone and enquire is because I try to avoid the long queues. The have a notice and another queue for collections but there is no staff there to help you so whats the purpose of that notice, but none the less this is the bad service I have to put up with Clicks Pharmacy staff every month, I looked for a store Manager but could not find one so I enquired at the cashier who is the Pharmacy Manager and the cashier then so humbly apologised for her bad behaviour, sorry I did not get his name.
