Bad Service

Apparently when u que at clicks to get medication or essentials the are two lines and there's supposed to be some one standing at the door to ask wether u are for medication or essentials I passed without anyone asking me anything to get my chronic medication and got sanitized by Arron Karrel after that I que with no ticket and asked to go start the que afresh after standing for a good 20mins I got helped by Thabang and the manager whilst Arron was egotistical and rude did not even help me after he let all that nonsense hAppen. Where is customer service there? If he doesn't want a job or can't deal with clients he must quit his job And go sit his rude self at home it's as simple as that.
