Bad service

Am not happy at all with the service received yesterday on the 29/06/2021 at clicks store in Dainfern shopping centre I went to buy medication when i got to the till i tapped my card and put my pin the cashier told me that the transaction didn't go through i must insert my card which did and put the pin again only to find that she charged me twice i only noticed this when i got into a car i saw two sms from my bank for the same transaction i went back to clicks i was told stories and even now the lady who is handling this is telling me stories i don't want to hear stories please i want my money paid back into my account today.
