Bad service

Today I went into clicks golden acre u spend about 300 to 400 rand there I spoke to the cashier about a item that was not priced right she said she will go check she came back and said the price is marked wrong I said to it’s fine don’t worry about that I will pay the price it scanned for did not want a scene or so I no she was just doing her job but than the cashier 3 till from her with the name of Zelda came up to me and said please stop shouting at the cashier and stop raising your voice I asked her wen did I raise my voice and wen did I shout she said please stop shouting and please stop raising your voice so that’s wen I started to get aggravated because I did not shout or anything I said to her lady I did not speak to you and you did not help me who are you to put your noise in here it does not concern you she went on and on with me to be honest I got so mad I asked them to please call the store manager because I felt humiliated assaulted and attacked I said to her we all choose our jobs and we need to live with our decision I really felt embarrassed and everybody is looking at me in the store I have never felt like that before I would like to say that the clicks in Golden is not a store we’re you feel comfortable in really the manager was nice but the staff member was just plain rude I don’t need that in my life as I am a regular shopper there as I work in town and it just make sense for me to buy my stuff there but I won’t tolerate being humiliated attacked and feel in welcome .
