Bad service

I am still awaiting delivery of my order (Baobab Trees Stroller) which I purchased online on the 26 July 2024 but to date I haven’t received my order from Clicks. I was initially told that they can’t pick up my address on their system however I have been buying online from Clicks for some time now. I am the one who takes initiative to contact Clicks everyday and I keep getting promises that they will do a follow-up with the courier company. I made another online purchase last week Thursday the 8 Aug which I received on Monday the 12 Aug 2024. Can someone from Clicks or the courier company get back to me as I would appreciate it if they can deliver my order no later than the end of this week and no refund please as I urgently need that stroller.
