Bad service

Today the 29th of January i went to do some purchases at Clicks Featherbrooke. On my way to the till point there were sale items which were there (dried fruit sweets, filter jug, claire hair accessories and other things which i cannot remember). I took the 3 Claire hair products which were priced R10 each and the lady at the till points told me i must get the 4th one as it was buy 2 and get 2 free. I went to the hair products side and i maged to get another one which was on sale. To my surprise a lady by the name of Neo came straight to me while waiting to pay and speak Sesotho of which i do not understand and i told her Mam uthini as I am a Xhosa and then she frown. She cannot think that since I am black i speak her language. I told her Mam I am sure there's another language which you can use to speak with people which are not on your culture. Then another lady wearing a management badge cant remember her name came in in our discussion saying that those items were left by the customer. I asked them why are they next to other sale items. I did not understand i asked them why the customer left them and took 1 item on the 3 claire hair products. To me this does not make sense they kept those things for themselves. If it was a plastic yes i will say the customer left them. Why is the customer will just left them and take other things....THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. THE MANAGEMENT OF CLICKS MUST INTERVENE
