BAD SERVICE...

I was shopping at Clicks Comaro Crossing in JHB South on the 24th September 2020 heritage Day, VERY VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THEIR STAFF DINEO!!! she blatantly refused to assist me and had a very rude attitude towards me, turned her back against me even when the security asked her to assist me. She really need to go back to training as, her customer service is a disgrace and putting the company's name into disrepute, even the Manager Mr. Lodwick did not even take it seriously when I reported the matter to him, he still has not comeback to me with a clear answer or resolution. My experience is something I will talk to to my family and friendsnot to expose themselves to such ... Actually I wouldn't go back to shop there anymore as this kind of attitude is not the first time it happens to me... I would like the regional manager or whoever is of a higher position responsible for the area to give me feedback on the way forward. Mrs. M Vellem ***
