Bad Service

I would like to complaint about Waverley Clicks.

Ms Nhlamulo assisted my husband at prescriptions desk with prescriptions.

1. Waiting time 2hours to get medication. This is unacceptable waiting time for medication.

2. Handed in 4 prescriptions, then she claims my husband only gave her 3. She misplaced prescription then accusing my husband of lying not giving 4. Blaming their incompetence on a client.

3. Main pharmacist on duty Mrs Ina Pretorius also bad attitude "ooo if they can't find the other prescription they can't give medication, then telling my husband to look for himself" my husband going behind the counter finding the prescription behind one of the counters in a shelf". Not one of them apologize for their mistake or for blaming my husband not giving 4 prescriptions or for their incompetence and bad service.

This service that we get from Waverley Clicks is unacceptable. Waiting time always 1 hour to 2 hours.
