Bad service

So 2nd time in a row I go into clicks Westgate Mall Mitchell's. Friday 27 May around 3:30pm I was in click made my way to till, basket in trollies standing by the tills, I can't move with my trolly luckily my daughter with me and she could push it away I tell the cashier why doent anyone move it, no respond. Today Monday 30 May I Go in there again I asked the lady if they have stock of something she say no, I ask her to check she go and check I stand and wait eventually I decide to move towards the till cause I can't wait jinne I look down the ille information of the one I was in , who's there she peeking to see if I'm still standing there. Disgusted
