Bad service

Please forward this to your customer service agent Gary who dealt with my complaints. Firstly, id like to thank Gary for dropping off the Pump Handle on the Sunday instead of his promise to drop it off the Saturday and then denying it to the manager at Clicks...I am sure your calls are recorded. Also he promised to compensate me for the continuous bad service i have been getting and the part that broke twice... I got absolutely NOTHING... This is unacceptable and disgusting for a company of your size and I will copy this to all social media platforms.
