Bad service

Clicks Ermelo is so disappointing, went to the store looking for the buy 1 get 1 free on appliances special and the manager said they don’t have the special as their appliances are out of stock and to my surprise when I got to the isle they full stocked and when I asked him again he said he doesn’t know what special am I talking about and also I bought towels that got torn within a week of using them but because I lost my receipt they couldn’t help me
