Bad service

My mother she is 71 years old and taking diabetes medication every month from clicks Dobsonville. Friday she received message to fetch her medication, when she arrived there at the collect counter they refused to assist her tell her to go to the long que then they can assist her. What I don't understand is to why they have collection counter that is not working and old people must wait on the long que for Just collecting.
