Bad service

I Will never buy anything online again, your delivery service said 2-3 days. After 5 days I phoned and you say it will take 8 days. The courier service not wanting to do the delivery in Somerset West where there are no issues is not my problem. I get deliveries here almost every day. First and last online order. You dont even have a palce where I can cancel my order now I just have to go and buy everything again becuase I acan not wait any longer
