Bad service

I stood in the queue while the cashier Sindiswa Langa was busy packing stock her colleague called her to attended to us then she ignored the colleague after that her supervisor called her also telling her that there are customers standing in the queue and her respond was I'm coming how many clients are there two or one looked in the queue and she was like but there's only one customer while else there were 3 customers joining the queue and she even failed to greet me don't know if she took me for granted or what but that's no way of treating a customer totally not acceptable.
