Bad service

I purchased 4 items on the 24 of July 2020 online then on the 30th of July i received a delivery of 2 boxes which contains of 3 items,I've been calling clicks online for two weeks now their story is we will call you back or email you if you can't delivery the missing item please refund me I'm tired of calling you, ***
