Bad service

Clicks at fourways mall, horrible customer service, I purchased or R96 and when I went to the till the transaction when through even on my app, and the receipt didn't come out now they don't want to refund me and didn't give me my goods, and still didn't give my money back, so I lost the goods I purchased and my money, and their manager by the name of Cynthia was not helpful, and had a horrible attitude she wasn't professional at all, and no solution. This was a horrible service
