Bad service

Good day I am disgusted with my second experience ordering my childrens nappies, milk etc. I had ordered 2 weeks ago Friday night and payment went through but my goods remained on the basket. I contacted clicks Saturday morning and she confirmed that they had allocated my payment but that they would redo my order and sms me the tracking nr. I waited until last week Wednesday as they said 3 business days, they then said they will have to redo the order via my email I did it again proving they didn't do it the first time. Waited for Friday going toy collection point clicks and nothing they then said we should get it on the Saturday after no help and bad attitude from staff and manager they sent us away with nothing after we asked them to just give us 1 of each item and that they could take it back when our order came seeing it was nappies milk vitamins and wetwipes for our girls and we needed it asap the manager refused saying she does not have the authority to do it. I now contacted clicks online number and they said it could take another 3 business days for it to come. I'm furious as I really enjoyed ordering online and avoiding ques and public areas. I will now shop elsewhere.
