Bad service

I contacted Clicks Pharmacy, Sanbel Building, Bellville, this morning to enquire if they have specific medication on which i receive an answer: Yes (no mention of how much in stock) Got there during my tea time, 10 min later, and the Assistant, Thembi completely waisted my time. The one type of meds was only 20 tablets, why was that not mentioned over phone? I asked her to phone Zevenwacht for me to enquire if they have the balance (im supposed to get 40). She came back with no answer or the tablets, cause she "assumed" i will not take the pack of 20. She is slow and not all interested in the customer's well being. Plus, actually tried to raise her voice at me, when i asked her why she did not add the pack of 20 tablets. I left 15 minutes later for two types of meds. I actually left my slip there, cause she clearly irritated me. Do you just appoint someone for the sake of it and no brains?
