Bad service

Good day I bought a bath towel at Clicks two weeks ago and before the week ends the towel had holes and i emailed them to report the product, till today i haven't got feedback from them. I do not understand why is it taking so long for them so solve such simple issue. The more time taken will result on the matter being stale and my question is that, am i supposed to go to Clicks to spend another R39 to buy another towel? Regards, Modiegi
