Bad Service

My mother had a running tummy, went to clicks at Junction Mall Hammersdale. She was told to go to the Dr and was not assisted. What is the use of having pharmacist if patients are not going to be assist but sent to doctors. Its unlike she was critical but just wanted to buy medication.
