Bad service

i am not happy and i am very irritated by the service i have received today at Clicks Festival mall by the Pharmacy by the lady called Lina ,her approach was very bad no greeting worse requesting My RSA ID documents in order for me to buy medication from own medical aid which license and security question was alternative for her to ask i had to complain in order for her to assist me and well if one rule apply to Clicks Fourways why not Clicks Festival mall ,the lady had an attitude and literally gave me 100% bad attitude from the start so by asking ID document she was trying to be difficult as i even had to greet her and she even answered me in her own home language Pedi and i was like" i want Adco "and she asked in an attitude way "adco what ?" I am real angry with her service and very disappointed and meaning that if i didn't complain she wouldn't not have helped me i had to complain first that's where she accepted my license and i was not even feeling well ,i don't understand why would clicks hire such individual who doesn't have emphaty and good customer service looks like she was not trained for customer service as she did not every apologies ,i have asked to see a manager and she said no manager available
