Bad service

Hatfield Clicks always has a long queu be it at the pay counters, or at self med and even prescription. It is an area that is closer to the University and the residences, how common sense does'nt show that you need more staff , then I dont know. At that time the manager is walking around putting stickers on chocolates and sweets. I even complained on Twitter on thursday around 16h00 to 17h00 but i guess someone thought I was crazy. You are going to loose your customeres because of being so damn careless. By self med and prescription only 1 person is serving customer. Do something or just close it.
