Bad service

I try to find out from Clicks clubcard what my points is because when we wat to redeem the points there was no points added from both the fuel we put in or what we buy monthly at the stores with no success. I wrote a email to the Clubcard department the 18th May ask for my points and to active my card until now no response and the Telephone number for Club card is not working, unacceptable service
