Bad service

Good day, when I wanted to exchange a day cream for the same product's night cream, I was greeted by the security lady at the door woth no interrest to assisit me. She did not greet me and made me feel as if I was a burden. She went on writing in her book and kept me waiting untill she decided to scream to someone to come and help me. When I reported this to the manager she told me to not report this as it will affect her work.
