Bad service

Horrible service I got at clicks protea glen mall, after going there to get medication for my mom and I gave in her ID and medical aid and was told the medical aid was terminated, only to find out the pharmacist used my name(i dont know from where, since I was removed over 10years now!). If my mom urgently needed those meds then what would've happened to her?!
