Bad service

On the 31st December I went to clicks Polokwane Hans van runs where I normally take my prescription and the last time I went there it was in May and I explained to the lady who helped me that I'll be out of the country nd would be able to come next months nd it was a three months prescription nd she SD it is fine I will get my medication. Now yesterday I got there and was helped by Lebogang Tsebe who just said to me that they cannot help me because it exceeded 3 months nd then I explained to her that I explained to the pharmacist the first time I came nd she was very rude nd showed no interest to assist nd I asked for the manager then she called Rose who said she is a temporary worker and have no powers to assist then I asked her to call the store manager (Khanyisa) who never showed up and then Rose came back and said the store manager said she can't help and in her own words she said I Can Go and lodge a complaint. Now I'm very ****ed with clicks because I was mislead the first time I came and I'm going to tell all my friends nd family never ever to buy from you again. The treatment I got was unprofessional nd with no willingness to help me yet all this years I was busy supporting clicks nd I'm a gold card holder bt I was told to go and complain yesterday. Wow what a service . I'm still going to write this on all social media platform.
